The self-esteem of teenagers on social media

The self-esteem of teenangers on social media is significantly negative, many people experience stomach, head and back pain, anxiety, depression, and social anxiety, but eating disorders and loneliness can also be mentioned. There is usually a period in teens who feel they have a poor self-image and if they do not seek help it can lead to suicidal thoughts or suicides.

A study was conducted and 24% of teenagers that were connected to the internet were unable to sleep, focus or rest. Most people in the study said they couldn't miss anything online. Insomnia can not only cause fatigue, but it is very likely that people will be overweight and diabetic. Fortunately, all sorts of things are being done to avoid being online so much. People can now set the screen usage of their phone for a limited time to prevent it from being used too much. This has helped many teenagers. There is also an app that helps people concentrate on what they are doing and do not look at their phones.
